Having folded the fabric 4 times, draw a detail of the trouser leg on it; to do this, we retreat 5 cm from the child’s pants as shown in the figure.
We round off the lower part of the part. At the top of the part, mark the line of the belt and the point where the inner seam of the pants begins. Then, from the waist line, draw upward stripes 5-7 cm wide (for loops), connect their beginning with the starting point of the inner seam, as shown in the figure. Then we cut it out. Using a stencil, we cut out 5 stars, and from a 7cm wide strip - a fringe.
On each part of the legs, fold the strip for the buttonhole in half (inward) and stitch it.
We fold all the parts of the legs in twos with the outer side of the fabric facing each other, insert fringe along the outer seam of the legs and sew along the sides.
We attach a star to each pant leg as an applique.
