Pull end A up and to the left, and then cross B, forming a loop.
3.
Pull end A up through the loop.
4.
Tie a square knot (if you don't remember what that is, it's just tying a knot with one end over the other), making sure the top of the knot is directly under the V-neck of your shirt.
The ends should be the same length. Don't worry if you don't get symmetry the first few times - this skill takes practice.
